TAG! I'm it!
The ever so lovely Amber tagged me a little while back to do this fun little game.

The rules are:
A. Mention the person who nominated you.
B. List six unimportant things that make you happy.
When I first started my list I realized the majority of it was food, so I decided to make two separate lists: One that contains just food and one that does not.
Not Food List:
1. Neutrogena moisture shine lip gloss in Whisper. This lip gloss has been my best friend since high school and I still can’t live without it.

2. Paul Rudd. Funny, funny man.

3. Football season. My Buckeyes make me happy (Usually).

4. Puppies. Especially St. Bernard puppies. I cannot wait until I can get one of my own! I adore big dogs.

5. Across the Universe. This is my favorite movie, hands down. I could watch it a million times.

6. The feeling after working out. Sometimes it's hard to find the motivation to work out, but the feeling afterwards is totally worth it. I love me some endorphins!

And now for my Food List:
1. Chipotle. There is nothing like a chicken burrito with rice, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.

2. Graeter's ice cream. My favorite flavors are chocolate chip cookie dough and peanut butter chip.

3. Banana pepper and pineapple pizza. Call me crazy, but this will always be my favorite kind of pizza. It’s especially good from Donatos at room temperature.

4. Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. Spirals please.

5. Funfetti Cookies. The cookies are ten times better than the cake. Oh my gosh. I want one right now.

6. Tortilla Soup from Max & Ermas. I crave this stuff like you would not believe.

So, there you have it...my two lists of happiness!
I TAG all of you to do this! Seriously. Please do, I love to read them all!

Does the weekend have to end?
Let's start with Saturday, shall we?
I love live music and one of my favorite things to do is go to concerts. I've seen anybody from Josh Kelley to Fall Out Boy to Jack's Mannequin to Rascal Flatts to Ben Folds.
Another reason why I had such a great time is because I got to see my old friend Erin and her little sister, Kelsey!
Me and Lydia
Can you tell we had fun?
We even played flip-cup!
The man himself
Needless to say, Saturday was a success!
Sunday was a very nice day which included church, my Grandma, and even some nephew/sister/bro in-law time. I love my family =)
I had to take pictures for a photography project on Monday. We had to do "photography as fiction." I had some serious writer's block and could not think of an idea. But finally thanks to some much appreciated help, I had an idea.
Here's one picture from the photo shoot. Yes, those are Barbie legs.
Monday ended with a cookout at Nick's. The only pictures I took were of the guys playing corn hole.
This weekend made me ache for summer. I feel like we're finally getting there. I cannot believe it will be JUNE on Monday!
Life. is. good.

...And I'm Back!
He made pizza! Like, actually made it. He rolled the dough out and everything. I was impressed! And it tasted delicious! You can never go wrong with a banana pepper and pineapple pizza! I'm gonna make him do this more often...
He got tired of me taking pictures of him. He said he had a certain finger up under that oven mitt. Ha ha!
Also, he had a gig after taking about 7 months off to write new material and such. Unfortunately it was the same night as all the IKEA stuff so I couldn't go. He gave me my own personal concert though so it wasn't too bad.
I did make it to his next gig though. Here we are before:
This is been a big week for TV for me.
Sunday: Survivor, season 18 (yes, 18), ended. I wish I could say who won, but Jackie still hasn't seen it so she would probably punch me if I said it here. I cannot believe I have been a faithful Survivor fan for 18 seasons. It truly is the best show on the planet.
Monday: Dancing with the Stars ended. Yay for Shawn Johnson! (I really didn't care who won, I would have been happy with any of the final three).
Wednesday: American Idol ended with Kris Allen winning! (Again, I didn't care who won. I loved Adam too, so I was pumped either way).
This week was/is also the start of some new shows: The Bachelorette, Glee, and So You Think You Can Dance. I haven't made up my mind on SYTYCD yet. I've never actually watched a full season. I feel like I need a break from all this TV so I might just catch an episode or two when I can.
Wow, ya'll think I watch too much TV?!
Something else ended this week for me. I had my last horseback riding class. It was amazing though. And, I might end up taking lessons throughout the summer. (That is, if I can afford it!)
I am so glad it is Thursday already. All I have to do is make it through work tonight and tomorrow, then I have a wonderful THREE day weekend ahead of me. Here are some highlights:
- KENNY concert on Saturday! The best part? Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, and Sugarland will be there too!
- Cookout at my Grandma's on Sunday.
- Cookout at Nick's on Monday. And maybe I can talk him into getting the boat out during the day!
Graduation in 24 days!
This has been the most random post ever, but after taking 2 weeks off I had lots to say! I hope everyone has a GREAT weekend!

Weekend Recap with a Guest Blogger!
Jackie: Annie met me on Saturday afternoon to watch my Nick play in his annual alumni rugby match. Basically, this means we sat on a hill for two hours and watched a bunch of dirty, sweating guys try to kill each other. After awhile our attention started to wander and we found a new friend:
Anna: She was so friendly and we both just loved her, until…..
We both looked over and she started to convulse. It seriously looked like she was having a seizure and we started to get worried. Just then a massive amount of green puke came flying out of her mouth. Turns out she had been snacking on some grass. Yuck. Oh, the excitement of rugby games! Nick’s team ending up winning the match so all in all it was a success.
J: After rugby we got some lunch at Chick-fil-A. We have read wonderful things about it on lots of other blogs so we just had to check it out. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Not only was the food delicious but the workers were so courteous and polite. We will definitely be going back.
A: We made our way over to our older sister’s house to pick up Shane for a special “aunts” outing with just the three of us. Guess where we went…IKEA! Jackie had been there a few times before, but I hadn’t. Needless to say, I was pumped!
It. Was. Amazing.
And when you add Shane to the mix there is bound to be even more adventure.
J: I wandered off for a minute and when I got back to them Annie announced, “Houston, we have a problem!”
Shane (who is working on being potty trained) had sprung a leak. His pull-up didn’t quite do its job and his pants were pretty wet. Of course, we didn’t have any extra clothes or diapers. We had absolutely no idea what to do. The pull-up was soaked so we had no choice but to throw it away. We gave Shane a pep talk about how he HAD to stay dry since he was going commando.
But then, as we were walking out of the bathroom I looked over and saw this:
Hallelujah! Thank you IKEA!
A: We promised Shaners we could get a hotdog and ice cream after we checked out. The kid had the hardest time eating that hotdog. Just look:
He was much happier when we got the ice cream. He had just as much fun smashing it on his nose as he did eating it.
When we all finished eating Shane hopped down off of his stool and yelled, “Lets go Aunts!”
Did we mention how much we love him?!?!
J: We dropped Shane off at home and Annie and I made one final stop to good 'ole Walmart. And of course, it couldn’t just be a normal trip.
We headed to the toy department to find one last gift for Nate. I showed Annie a “sky ball” which is basically a bouncy ball that bounces incredibly high. I told her that Nick was able to bounce one all the way up to the ceiling, so of course she had to give it a shot.
It flew so high, but on the way down hit a hanging sign and soared into the next aisle. All we heard next was, “Ooh! Oww!”
We both looked at each other in shock for a second, then Annie took off, sprinting out of the toy department! I couldn’t move because I was seriously about to pee my pants from laughing so hard!
A: Jackie finally found me and we both couldn’t stop cracking up. I haven’t laughed that hard in a long long time! It was hilarious.
Sunday we celebrated our other nephew’s 1st birthday! The highlight of the day was definitely watching Nate smashing his little cake into his face. He loved it and looked like a little smurf afterward. Maybe blue icing was a bad choice, ha!
Last but not least….
Happy Mother’s Day to our wonderful Momma!
